The Challenge: Give the old A la carte food court a not-so-food-court feeling on a not-so-friendly budget. The Team: Myself and a fellow designer, both of us with some minor DIY skills. The Solution: Create twelve fresh brands with some inventive ways of creating new space, in an old space, in a real "Make it Work" moment.
